Only booked persons allowed; no visitors.
No loud noise after 10 PM.
Smoking and drinking permitted outside rooms only.
No food, drinks, or vomit inside swimming pool; fine of Rs. 10,000.
Any damage to property or facilities incurs additional fine.
Inverter backup works for 3-4 hours during power outage.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

🔒 50% non-refundable advance required to confirm booking.
✅ Booking confirmed only after receipt of payment; otherwise, slot may be released.
💳 Remaining 50% must be paid before or at check-in for access.
👥 Valid only for declared number of guests. Extra guests require pre-approval and additional charges may apply.
🪪 All guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.

❌ Cancellation

🚫 All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
⏰ Cancellation at any time forfeits the advance.
🙅‍ No refunds or date modification in case of no-show or early check-out.
🌧 For natural calamities or lockdowns, only rescheduling is allowed with prior approval.

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of waste properly.
