  • 🔒 50% non-refundable advance required to confirm booking.
  • ✅ Booking confirmed only after receipt of payment; otherwise, slot may be released.
  • 💳 Remaining 50% must be paid before or at check-in for access.
  • 👥 Valid only for declared number of guests. Extra guests require pre-approval and additional charges may apply.
  • 🪪 All guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.

  • 🚫 All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • ⏰ Cancellation at any time forfeits the advance.
  • 🙅‍ No refunds or date modification in case of no-show or early check-out.
