- Take a ferry from Gateway of India to Mandwa Jetty.
- Use the complimentary ferry bus from Mandwa to Alibag Bus Stand.
🚌 From Pune:
- Board an ST bus from Swargate to Alibag or Murud.
- Hire a cab or rickshaw to the Cottage from Alibag.
🚉 From Mumbai (Train Option):
- Take a local train to Panvel Railway Station.
- Board a direct bus from Panvel to Alibag Bus Stand.
🚙 From Navi Mumbai:
- Board an ST bus from Panvel Depot to Alibag.
- Alternatively, hire a private cab via apps like Ola or Uber.
🛺 From Alibag to the Cottage:
- Hire a private auto-rickshaw or “tum-tum” based on your group size.

📆 Booking
- 50% non-refundable advance required to confirm cottage booking.
- Booking confirmed only after receipt of payment; otherwise, cottage slot may be released.
- Remaining 50% must be paid before or at cottage check-in for access.
- Valid only for declared number of guests. Extra guests in cottage require pre-approval and additional charges.
- All cottage guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.
❌ Cancellation
- All cottage advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellation at any time forfeits the cottage advance.
- No refunds or date modification for cottage no-show or early check-out.
- For natural calamities or lockdowns, only cottage rescheduling allowed with prior approval.
- Special Consideration: If cottage cancellation occurs at least 7 days before check-in, you may request:
- Date change option for cottage.
- Partial refund consideration.
- Subject to cottage host and management discretion.
Note: Cottage flexibility is discretionary and only applies if requested at least 7 days prior to check-in.

- One-time cottage date change allowed based on availability and approval.
- Must request cottage change at least 7 days before original check-in.
- Higher cottage tariff for new dates requires payment of difference.
- Cottage requests under 7 days generally not accepted unless extenuating circumstances.
- Multiple cottage date changes not permitted.

- 100% cottage payment must be completed before or on check-in.

🏠 Cottage House Rules
- Cottage check-in from 1:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM (May Vary According To Property). Early/late cottage access requires approval and may incur charges.
- Keep cottage noise levels respectful; no loud parties without prior permission.
- Illegal activities, drugs, weapons strictly prohibited in cottage premises.
- Pets only with pre-approval. Pet owners responsible for cottage damages.
- Cottage maximum occupancy must be followed. Unauthorized guests may lead to eviction/charges.
- Guests responsible for cottage damages/losses. Repair/replacement charges apply.
- Cottage garden/outdoor areas used at own risk. Follow safety guidelines.
- No indoor smoking in cottage. Use designated outdoor areas properly.
- Conserve cottage water/electricity. Dispose waste in designated bins.
- Cottage hosts may enter for maintenance/emergencies with prior notice when possible.
- Respect cottage guest and neighbor privacy/security during stay.
