From Mumbai 🚆
- 🚉Take an express train from Mumbai CST or Dadar station to Lonavala.
- 🚙From Lonavala station, hire a private jeep or taxi to Pawna Lake camping (about 17-22 km). Jeep fare is approx Rs. 1200-1500 one way.
- 🛣️Alternatively, drive or take a cab via Mumbai-Pune Expressway directly to the campsite.
- 🕒Travel time is around 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic and transport mode.
From Pune 🚆
- 🚉Take a local train from Pune railway station to Kamshet.
- 🚙From Kamshet station, hire a jeep or shared taxi to Pawna Lake camping (about 17-20 km). Cost approx Rs. 800-1500 one way.
- 🚗Private taxis or self-drive cars can also be used via Paud road or expressway.
- 🕑Overall journey time is about 2 to 3 hours.
Local Transport to Pawna Campsite 🚚
- 🚐Jeep and shared vehicles are the most common last-mile option in the hilly road area.
- 📞Many campsites offer transport pickup on prior booking, coordinate with your camp organizer.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

⛺ Booking
- A 40% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your camping slot.
- Booking is valid only after successful receipt of payment; unconfirmed bookings may be released.
- The remaining balance must be settled at campsite check-in.
- Maximum number of campers declared during booking must be adhered to. Additional campers require prior approval and extra charges.
- Each camper must present valid government-issued ID at registration.
❌ Cancellation
- Advance payments are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances.
- Cancellation requested at least 72 hours before check-in results in a full refund of the advance.
- No refunds or date changes permitted for no-shows or early departure.
- Rescheduling may be allowed only for weather-related cancellations or government restrictions with prior approval.
- Special Consideration: Cancellation requests made within 72 hours may be eligible for:
- - Half refund.
- - Date rescheduling option.
- - All subject to campsite management approval.
Note: These special conditions are discretionary and must be requested in writing. Approval is not guaranteed.
🔄 Date Change / Rescheduling
- One-time date change allowed if requested in advance and subject to campsite availability.
- Any tariff difference for new dates will have to be paid.
- Multiple date changes will not be entertained.

- Full payment is required before or on arrival for access to camping facilities.
- Guests must comply with campsite rules and safety instructions.
- Bookings are non-transferable without prior consent from management.
🏕 Campsite Rules
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures require approval and may incur charges.
- Open fires allowed only in designated areas with safety precautions.
- Preserve nature: avoid littering, respect flora and fauna.
- Pets must be declared and leashed at all times; owners responsible for any damage.
- Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- Use only assigned camping spaces.
- Any damage to campsite property will be charged.
- Respect privacy and safety of all campers.
