π Booking
- 50% non-refundable advance required to confirm booking.
- Booking confirmed only after receipt of payment; otherwise, slot may be released.
- Remaining 50% must be paid before or at check-in for access.
- Valid only for declared number of guests. Extra guests require pre-approval and additional charges may apply.
- All guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.
β Cancellation
- All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellation at any time forfeits the advance.
- No refunds or date modification in case of no-show or early check-out.
- For natural calamities or lockdowns, only rescheduling is allowed with prior approval.
- Special Consideration: If cancellation occurs at least 7 days before check-in, you may request the following:
- - Option for a date change.
- - Partial refund may be considered.
- - Subject to host and management discretion.

π Date Change / Rescheduling
- One-time date change allowed based on availability and approval.
- Must request change at least 7 days before original check-in.
- Higher tariff for new dates will require payment of the difference.
- Requests under 7 days generally not accepted, unless under extenuating circumstances.
- Multiple or successive date changes are not permitted.

- Check-in time is typically from 1:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur charges.
- Maintain noise levels to respect neighbors; no loud parties or events allowed without prior permission.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Pets are only allowed if pre-approved. Pet owners are responsible for damage caused by their pets.
- Maximum occupancy as declared must be followed. Unauthorized guests are not allowed and may lead to eviction or additional charges.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during the stay. Charges for repairs or replacement may apply.
- Use of facilities such as pools, gardens, and recreational areas is at your own risk. Follow all safety guidelines.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of waste properly.
- Practice environmentally friendly behavior: conserve water and electricity and dispose of waste in designated bins.
- Hosts may enter the property for maintenance or emergencies but will provide prior notice when possible.
- Please respect privacy and security of all guests and neighbors during your stay.
