Terms and Conditions :-
 
  • Service Charce INR (1000/night) non refundable need to be paid along with SD.
  • Security Deposit of INR 10000/- will be collected from guest during check in and will be refunded full during checkout in case there is no damages to the property and property belongings. In case of any damages amount will be deducted from the deposit and remaining balance will be refunded.
  • As per Government requirements, the property is under CCTV surveillance.
  • Caretakers are available between 8:00AM to 11:00 PM.
  • Guest are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items.
  • For the safety of our guest and caretakers main gate of the Property will be closed at 11 pm with exception of an emergency.
  • The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Children should be under supervision at all times, the management will not be held responsible for injuries.
  • Please don’t leave behind or throw plastic water bottles, plastic bags, cigarette butts, if found littering the place an extra charge would be applicable.
  • Illegal activities like consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted within property limits.
  • Any damage to the property belonging, furniture or electronics etc by the guests would be charged for the damages.
  • As required by law every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar card Driving Licenses and Passport. (Adults & Child)
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave.
  • Guest are responsible for their pets health and wellbeing. We advise to bring their food along with you.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:- 

🔸Booking:-

  • To confirm your reservation, a 50% advance payment of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of check-in.

🔸Cancellation:-

  • All bookings are non-refundable. If a customer cancels their booking for any reason, the booking amount will not be returned.

🔸Date Change:

  • Customers may request a change in their booking date, subject to availability.
  • Date change requests must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date.
  • Only one-time rescheduling is allowed per booking.

Mumbai:-

  • From Gateway You Take A ferry Till Mandwa.
    •From Mandwa You will Get Bus of Ferry you got At Gateway whose Cost is included in Ferry Ticket which Will Drop You at Alibag.

 Pune:-

  • You Can Get a bus from swarget To alibag or murud.

 navi mumbai:-

  • Board a bus from panvel bus depot to alibaug depot

FROM ALIBAG TO Villa:-

  • You Can Get Private Auto or tum tum Depending on Members Count Till Villa From Alibag
