By booking a stay or experience, visiting our website, or interacting with us (via WhatsApp & Instagram), you agree to the following terms.
Please read these terms in full before confirming your booking. Your agreement is required to proceed.
General
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of weekendthrillsofficial@gmail.com and www.weekendzthrills.com (referred to as "Weekend Thrills," "we," "us," or "our").
- By using our website, booking services, or interacting with us, you agree to follow these terms.
- If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
- Acceptance of Terms: By using our website or confirming a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Booking & Payment
- All bookings require a partial advance payment to confirm the reservation.
- The outstanding balance must be settled at check-in — via UPI, net banking, or cash.
- Once the advance is received, you will receive the Google Map location, check-in details, and contact information for your property.
- Advance payments are non-transferable and subject to the individual property's policy.
- If payment is not received on time, the booking may be cancelled automatically.
- Multiple bookings must be paid for separately per property or activity.
- Rates may vary due to seasonality and demand. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking only.
- If you require invoices or GST details, please inform us before making payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation terms depend on the property or experience booked.
- Camping: Cancellations made at least 7 Days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Villa: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Resorts: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- If you book through any booking portal, the cancellation policy on our website takes priority, as you must accept it before submitting the booking form.
- In case of weather conditions or operational issues, alternative stay options or date changes may be offered, subject to partner discretion.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Bank processing delays may apply.
Use of Website
- You agree not to misuse our website or services.
- Prohibited activities include:
- Hacking or unauthorized access
- Spreading malware or viruses
- Spamming or fraudulent activity
- Booking fraud or fake reservations
- Violation may result in termination of access, cancellation of bookings, and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
- Weekend Thrills shall not be held liable for any:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Loss of data, profits, or bookings
- Issues arising from the use or inability to use our website or services
- Property-related issues managed by third-party hosts
Group Bookings & Conduct
- For bookings of 6 guests or more, please follow property rules related to music, parties, guests, and noise.
- Any property damage or misconduct may result in cancellation of stay and applicable fines.
- No illegal activities, drugs, or weapons are allowed. Hosts reserve the right to refuse service.
- Pet Policy: Availability and charges vary by property. Please confirm in advance.
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to natural disasters, government restrictions, weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
- In such cases, we will work to provide alternative arrangements or refunds where possible, subject to partner policies and availability.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including:
- Logos
- Images
- Property designs and descriptions
- Text and graphics
- All content is the property of Weekend Thrills and protected under applicable copyright laws.
Logistics & Travel
- We facilitate stays across Maharashtra (Alibaug, Lonavala, and other destinations).
- Travel arrangements to properties are guest responsibility.
- Estimated check-in timelines are mentioned but may vary due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
Age & Guest Policy
- Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or legal guardian.
- Unmarried couples may be required to provide valid ID proof at check-in (per government guidelines).
- Maximum occupancy per property is strictly enforced for safety and compliance.
Third-Party Properties
- Stays and experiences are operated by partner vendors. Weekend Thrills is not liable for their direct service issues.
- Names given to villas on our website and other booking portals are designed for marketing purposes. The original property name will be provided after booking, along with host contact details and location.
- Meal preferences and special requests should be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Governing Law
- All transactions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise specified in writing.
🔒 Privacy Policy: Your personal data is secure with us and used only for booking confirmation, communication, and service improvement.
We do not share your information with third parties except property hosts for booking purposes.
