Booking & Cancellation Policy

🔒 50% non-refundable advance required to confirm booking.
✅ Booking confirmed only after receipt of payment; otherwise, slot may be released.
💳 Remaining 50% must be paid before or at check-in for access.
👥 Valid only for declared number of guests. Extra guests require pre-approval and additional charges may apply.
🪪 All guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.

❌ Cancellation

🚫 All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
⏰ Cancellation at any time forfeits the advance.
🙅‍ No refunds or date modification in case of no-show or early check-out.
🌧 For natural calamities or lockdowns, only rescheduling is allowed with prior approval.

🚫 Illegal activities, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.
🐾 Pets are only allowed if pre-approved. Pet owners are responsible for damage caused by their pets.
👥 Maximum occupancy as declared must be followed. Unauthorized guests are not allowed and may lead to eviction or additional charges.
🛠 Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during the stay. Charges for repairs or replacement may apply.
🏊 Use of facilities such as pools, gardens, and recreational areas is at your own risk. Follow all safety guidelines.
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of waste properly.
♻ Practice environmentally friendly behavior: conserve water and electricity and dispose of waste in designated bins.
🔒 Hosts may enter the property for maintenance or emergencies but will provide prior notice when possible.
