🔒 50% non-refundable advance required to confirm booking.
✅ Booking confirmed only after receipt of payment; otherwise, slot may be released.
💳 Remaining 50% must be paid before or at check-in for access.
👥 Valid only for declared number of guests. Extra guests require pre-approval and additional charges may apply.
🪪 All guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.

❌ Cancellation

🚫 All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
⏰ Cancellation at any time forfeits the advance.
🙅‍ No refunds or date modification in case of no-show or early check-out.
🌧 For natural calamities or lockdowns, only rescheduling is allowed with prior approval.

From Pune: Local train or road drive via Lonavala (1-2h).

From Mumbai: Direct train from Dadar to Lonavala (~2h).
Bus from Chembur to Lonavala express highway exit (~3.5h).
Drive 82-85 km via Mumbai-Pune Expressway (~1h 7m).
From Pune: Drive 65 km or take a local train (~1-1.5h).

From Mumbai: Drive 63 km via NH48 (~1h 30m).
Train from Mumbai CSMT (e.g., Deccan Express) to Khandala (~2.5h).
