💳 Service Charge: INR 1,000/night (non-refundable, payable with booking/security deposit)
💰 Security Deposit: INR 10,000 (refundable; deducted for damages, balance returned at checkout)
🎥 Property is under CCTV surveillance as per Govt. norms.
🧑‍🔧 Caretakers available 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
🔒 Please secure your valuables. Management not responsible for loss/theft.
🚧 Main gate closed at 11 PM (except emergencies).
🛟 Pool is unguarded. No lifeguard. Kids must always be supervised in & around the pool.
🚯 No littering (plastic bottles/bags, cigarette butts) – fines apply.
🚫 No drugs/narcotics/firearms or illegal activities.
🍷 Alcohol permitted within property limits.
🪑 Any damage to property, furniture, or electronics by guests will be charged.
🆔 All guests must carry valid Govt. photo ID with address (Aadhar/Driving License/Passport for Adults & Children).
👎 Violation of house rules/inappropriate behavior may result in denial of check-in or being asked to leave.
🐾 Pets welcome. Guests are responsible for pet health/wellbeing. Please bring your own pet food.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

🔒 50% non-refundable advance required to confirm booking.
✅ Booking confirmed only after receipt of payment; otherwise, slot may be released.
💳 Remaining 50% must be paid before or at check-in for access.
👥 Valid only for declared number of guests. Extra guests require pre-approval and additional charges may apply.
🪪 All guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.

❌ Cancellation

🚫 All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
⏰ Cancellation at any time forfeits the advance.
🙅‍ No refunds or date modification in case of no-show or early check-out.
🌧 For natural calamities or lockdowns, only rescheduling is allowed with prior approval.

👥 Maximum occupancy as declared must be followed. Unauthorized guests are not allowed and may lead to eviction or additional charges.
🛠 Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during the stay. Charges for repairs or replacement may apply.
🏊 Use of facilities such as pools, gardens, and recreational areas is at your own risk. Follow all safety guidelines.
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of waste properly.
♻ Practice environmentally friendly behavior: conserve water and electricity and dispose of waste in designated bins.
🔒 Hosts may enter the property for maintenance or emergencies but will provide prior notice when possible.
