  •  Ro-Ro Jetty (Mandwa): 28 km, 45-50 minutes drive.

 

Important Notes:-
  •  Food Arrangements: Authentic Konkani Koli Agri food available, both veg and non-veg options.
  • Safety Guidelines: Swim at your own risk; no lifeguards or equipment.
Rules & Regulations:
  •  Only booked persons allowed; no visitors.
  • Jain food available on request.
  • No loud noise after 10 PM.
  • Smoking permitted outside rooms only.
  • No food, drinks, or vomit inside swimming pool; fine of Rs. 10,000.
  • Any damage to property or facilities incurs additional fine.
  • Inverter backup works for 3-4 hours during power outage.
Check-in & Check-out:-
  • Check-in: 12 PM
  • Check-out: 10 AM
  • Refundable Deposit: Rs. 5,000 on check-in day.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:- 

🔸Booking:-

  • To confirm your reservation, a 50% advance payment of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of check-in.

🔸Cancellation:-

  • All bookings are non-refundable. If a customer cancels their booking for any reason, the booking amount will not be returned.

🔸Date Change:

  • Customers may request a change in their booking date, subject to availability.
  • Date change requests must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date.
  • Only one-time rescheduling is allowed per booking.

Mumbai:-

  • From Gateway You Take A ferry Till Mandwa.
    •From Mandwa You will Get Bus of Ferry you got At Gateway whose Cost is included in Ferry Ticket which Will Drop You at Alibag.

 Pune:-

  • You Can Get a bus from swarget To alibag or murud.

navi mumbai:-

  • Board a bus from panvel bus depot to alibaug depot

FROM ALIBAG TO Villa:-

  •  You Can Get Private Auto Till villa
  • Or A Sharing Auto Or Bus from Alibag To Revdanda stand
